Logging to application with desktop client

First time then you run application you will see window similar to below.

You will have to enter username password and host. It's very important to enter these values correctly. Host address consists of path where application is installed. It's no need to enter http. If you domain is example.com and application is installed in lhc path. Then host would look like. "example.com/lhc/" last chat is also neccesary. You can also mark a checkbox "Autologin" and next time you will be logged automaticly.

If after login to application you will want to login as another user you can do that easily. First you have to choose "Login as" menu

And you will see identical window like login. And you can change all info here.

If you have installed livehelperchat in subdomain or domain. Login address must contain ending slash. E.g
http://demo.livehelperchat.com/ - ending slash is mandority.
