Chat window consists of three top blocks
Closes chat window/tab but leaves chat status as it was.
Closes chat and sets it status to closed.
Deletes chat
In message window you see chat status and user, support messages.
In message writing block you can write messages in multiple lines by pressing Shift+Enter and then you want to send message press enter. Message can be send also by pressing send button.
In this window you can do all actions as you can do in main application window, but it gives more room for chatting with customers.Developing application takes a lot of time.
