Chat statuses

There are three chat statuses:

  1. Pending - chat was not opened by operator
  2. Active - chat is active
  3. Closed - chat is close

Then user initiates chat, chat gets Pending status and appears in administration panel as pending one.
Then responsible person start chat it gets active status.
Then responsible person get closes chat it gets closed chat.
