This can be activated in Configuration -> Chat configuration -> Misc
In this scenario it means - check is user still on site and check operators status every 120 seconds. If you uncheck first checkbox only check will be executed regarding is operators still available every two minits.
If visitor is still on your site, visitor row will be light green color
