Features

1. Skype call field in user attributes
2. Online operators listing will show only his department operators.
3. In order to see all operators to operators role has to be assigned "user" => "userlistonlineall" permission

Changes

1. Added check to make sure that cookie contains vid variable. (Some users were reporting that after closing invitation it's shown again instantly, personally I just cannot reproduce it.)
2. Update to jquery 1.10.2 version.

execute doc/update_db/update_50.sql for update and don't forget standard upgrade instructions
