1. Option to have operator remarks regarding the chat.
2. Chatbox has few other embed options, which allows to have the following use cases: 
   1. Hide status widget and show content instantly, have content expanded or minimized instantly.
      1. Disable user posibility to close a widget. Usefull if you are not showing a status widget.
