After whole week of work now we have easy styling of frontend live help widgets

Theming also allows to import export themes. So anyone who decides to create a theme will be able to share it with community. Or anyone who creates a cool widget theme just can export theme and send it to me.
execute doc/update_db/update_81.sql for update and create a directory
var/storagetheme - and chmod it.
