This time two small enhancements

1. SMTP settings changed to Mail settings, and this section will have an option to set main system Sender E-mail. This mail will get all undelivered mails also. So if you are not receiving mails you can now test directly this on this page. Either it's system mails using mail command or SMTP.
2. Option to change frontpage tab order. Chat configuration -> Misc

For update just follow standard update procedure For manual update it's update_99.sql
