This time half sponsored release with automatic translations

1. Automatic messages translations using Bing or Google translations service. Configuration -> Chat configuration -> Automatic translation
2. Futher Bootstrap fixes. Some templates were still using foundation 4 syntax.
3. A little bit refactored chat window. Removed subtabs.
4. Microphone settings moved to actions block and in it's place added automatic translations button.

7. Co-Browsing scroll sync stopped to work after jQuery update. Switched to native JS API
