Hi,

1. From now if lhc won't monitor any activity in chat dashboard it will set operator status to offline automatically. Settings can be found at user account -> notifications tab.
2. Also it's possible to ignore operators configuration and set it in chat configuration -> misc section

For update just follow standard update procedure For manual update it's update_133.sql
