Sorry for so many new versions past few days. Just a lot of commercial queries which requires database changes...
- During group editing you can choose with what groups members of this group can work with. That means if operator is assigned to Operators group he will be able to work with only with groups defined in the list or the one he is assigned to.
For update just follow standard update procedure For manual update it's update_133.sql
