We are now on our 4th live chat software and I think we have finaly found “the one”. We are converting visitors and pro-actively inviting them to ask questions when they are on our ( www.willows-consulting.com ) website. It is something would have doubted it would work, but it absolutely does. I would recommend it to anyone looking to implement live chat for their sales and support teams.
