Decided to inform about few usability changes I just did

1. From now if the only required field is message field, send button won't be present. It will be enough just to click enter.
2. Now widget box won't have send button instead it will have pencil icon on top right corner of message box. On mouse over will be shown Send button and BB Code button if it's activated.
