This feature is usefull if upon a chat close you send to send chat trasncript to third party app.

At the moment we have two callbacks

• Then chat is closed. Github example - https://github.com/remdex/livehelperchat/blob/master/lhc_web/extension/customstatus/callbacks/close_chat.php
• Then chat is unacepted for some period of time. Github example - https://github.com/remdex/livehelperchat/blob/master/lhc_web/extension/customstatus/callbacks/unanswered_chat.php
  • For this callback to work you have to do the following things
  • 1. Enable this callback in "Chat configuration" Example url in demo. http://demo.livehelperchat.com/index.php/site_admin/chat/editchatconfig/run_unaswered_chat_workflow
  • 2. Set there greater number than 0, 1,2,3,n+1 means it's number how many minits chat was to be unaswered before callback is executed.
  • 3. Setup cronjob itself.
