We use your livehelperchat on deskgig.com. I can tell you with 100% honesty that the day we turned on the pro-active chat our conversion ratio from visitor to user increased dramatically. After we talk with the visitors, 100% (Literally!) of the time they sign up and become a user. They don't all strike up a chat, but the ones who do, always convert.
