Turkish and Norwegian translations added, automatic languages updates shell script.

So I have just added two new languages Turkish and Norwegian. We also have an automatic languages updates script. Go to root category of lhc_web folder and execute. You have to provide your https://www.transifex.com logins to script.

./doc/shell/update_translations.sh <username> <password>

Features:

• Option to turn off or on Resume chat functionality.
• Reopen chat permission in back office.
• If chat is closed, operator won't be able to send messages untill it's reopened. What user reopened the chat also is logged.

Bugfixes:

• Footprint was not detected if chat was started from proactive chat message.
• Messages scroll was lost sometimes during tab's switching.
• Don't blink title if textarea is active.

Chatbox is not a Live Help Widget!!! Please be sure for what module you are generating JS code

I constantly looking at some sites I find that users a mixing Chatbox widget with Live Help widget. Chatbox is not Live Support widget. Live support widget embed code can be found at "Configuration".

Evening updates - part 2

Hi all, some evening updates.

• Desktop app will open chat rooms instantly now.
• Pro active chat message will get 7 seconds delay. So to visitor it looks more natural.
• Title blinkin, without looking at window you will know which window is pending an action.
• Now you can click on very first online users icon and colorbox layer with user info will be shown.

Demo also was updated.
