Some commercial adoption of live helper chat.

Just though it would be interesting to see what was done for one of my clients.

P.s my holidays is over. But I have some priority projects to do so LHC updates is a little bit paused :)

New version 1.42v full referrer tracking and some other small changes.

Features:

1. Referer tracking. This allows to see from where initially user has came from.
2. Some other small changes

execute doc/update_db/update_29.sql and follow standard upgrade instructions. You will have to re-embed generated code also.

Demo also was updated.

P.s next two weeks I will be on holidays so no updates are planned for that period.

New version 1.41v pro active invitation messages by identifier and others changes

Features:

1. Site identifier in code generation. It can be used to have different invite messages for different domains etc.

2. Option to turn of online users tracking but completely remove pro active chats invitations table scan and save a little bit of performance.

Bugfixes:
1. User who did not had permission to close chat was able to do that because of typo error. It's fixed now.

Additional notices

If you executed database update please check that you have enabled pro active chat messages invitations like from now it's configurable option. Also read updated documentation to find out how to use identifier
