Canned messages feature

Implemented canned messages. To implement this feature took only two hours. Amazing? You can read documentation here

To upgrade to this feature requires to follow standard upgrade instructions and execute doc/update_db/update_10.sql

If you are missing some feature without which you cannot use Live Helpher Chat. You can do the following things.

1. Write you requirement in github
2. Write me a letter, perhaps feature exists but you cannot find it just.
3. Leave a comment under this article

Install now pre configures operators role, group and required functions.

To make it easier to create a user with operators functionality only I have updated install module, so it now precreates role, group, and required permission for operators. So admin now only has to create a user and assign correct group to it.
