New version 2.58v - operators activity monitoring and automatic offline
Hi,
- From now if lhc won't monitor any activity in chat dashboard it will set operator status to offline automatically. Settings can be found at user account -> notifications tab.
- Also it's possible to ignore operators configuration and set it in chat configuration -> misc section

- In canned messages edit window you can enter tags, tags has to be separated by ","

New version 2.54v - product module improvements
Hi,
- If pending chat is assigned to any operator, it's name will be shown.
- Reduced font size of lists in right column
- New variables for e-mail templates content {survey}, {chat_duration}, {waited}, {created}, {user_left}
- If chat is automatically closed it will be unmarked as unread
- Survey results also will be seen in survey popup which are called in chat window directly.
- Now products can be shown depending on selected department.
- You have to configure each department and assign product to it
- Also in product main configuration window enable "Enable products show by departments"
- Old products functionality also will work
