Hi,

1.  Auto responder now have On-Hold functionality.
2. If chat is on hold, no survey redirection will be executed. Usefull if you just want visitor to wait until you find some info.

Hi,

• Offline requests will be saved as pending chats with icon indicating it's offline request.
• There is option now to hide right column anywhere
• And many other small changes :)

New version 2.70v - transfer workflow improvements

1. Option to configure what should happen on transfer to department.
   1. Leave assigned user or not
   2. Make chat status pending or not
   3. Remove assigned user or not.
2. Option for operator to configure show alert or not then chat is transferred directly to them.
3. If chat is transferred to operator and operator opens chat directly from transfer record will be removed also.
