New version 2.67v - autoresponder enhancements

If anyone wonders where have gone 2.66v I just forgot to write article. So all changes from 2.66v and 2.67v are

1. Chat's will track in what state operator was while he was accepting chat. This will be used in Agents statistic.
2. If widget is closed in one tab it will be closed in another one also.
3. Identification "was last operator message seen by visitor" or not.
4. Moving mouse over icon will show time since last sync.

New version 2.64v - automatic offline based on pending chats number

Hi,

1. Option to setup department offline automaticaly if pending chat's number reaches defined number.
2. New "Agents statistic" in statistic section.
3. Option to set limits groups.

New version 2.63v - events based proactive invitations

Hi,

1. Invitations now can have events. Tutorial under way.

New version 2.62v - dynamic proactive invitations

Hi

1. UX improvements for chat's between operators
2. Dynamic proactive events. It's possible to setup proactive invitation based on user iddle time and mouse leaving a screen.
3. It's possible now to speak and edit text at the same time.

New version 2.61v - chat between operators improvements

1. Workflow improvements for chat between operators. The following changes were done
   1. Popup changed to modal window to start a chat
   2. If we have found previous chat between operator - we just open previous chat.
   3. If we write a message and oposite operator has closed chat. Chat will appear as transfered.
   4. If at the same moment operator has open this chat. This transfer record will hide itself and no notification will be shown. If any message appears under transfer chat tab. That means there is unread chat messages from oposite operator.
